It is my first time logging in to TrackApp


First, make sure you have created a TrackApp account. If you have never used TrackApp before, then you must first click "Create One" on the sign in page of TrackApp.


After clicking "Create One", you will enter your mobile number, business name, e-mail address, and create a password. After you have successfully signed up, you can then sign in to TrackApp with your phone number and password.



I have entered transactions into TrackApp before


If you have used TrackApp before, click Forgot Password? and then enter the email address you used to create a TrackApp account.


**It is very important that you are connected to a strong mobile data or WiFi connection throughout this whole process.


After entering your email and clicking Request Reset, go to your email and check for an email from info@numidatech.com. Click on the link in the email and enter a new password twice in the browser window that opens. 


After creating your new password, you can then go back to TrackApp and sign in with your mobile number and the new password you created.
